**Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible working times (35 hours per week)**
**Salary: £25,000 + Dependent on experience**
**Location: Sheffield**
**Contract Type: Permanent**

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our business in Sheffield on a permanent basis.
***
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Processing international and UK orders and invoices accurately
- Generating quotations and proforma invoices
- Liaising with Sales Director and Sales Manager
- Completion of export paperwork for movement of goods
- Handling customers queries and credit request for all customers
- To provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Maintaining and developing excel spreadsheets for tracking the company’s largest customers and suppliers
**Experience and Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
- Ensure accuracy and customer deadlines are met
- Ability to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Good IT skills and proficient at using Excel
- Ideally have the experience using Sage 200
- Team player with a positive attitude
