Job description
We are a leading supplier of tooling to mass-transit, military, F1 racing, and aerospace industries. The tooling ranges from sockets and spanners to complex bespoke airline tool kits. Recently securing large defence contracts with large UK manufacturers thegrowth seen over the last 5 years is expected to continue.
This is role will be based out of our offices in Congleton.
Job Purpose
To generate, manage, develop and qualify potential leads utilising sales experience and product knowledge. Build relationships with qualified leads to increase sales revenue.
Position Overview
- Manage all non-account UK & international businesses
- Qualifying warm and cold leads
- Submitting activity and results reports
- Maintain existing leads, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads
- Raising quotations
- Working alongside field sales team
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks
All product training will be provided to ensure the customer is provided accurate information in an efficient manner.
Requirements (Qualifications, experience and personal attributes):

- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred
- Previous sales experience
- Strong customer focus and an understanding of customer needs
- Excellent organisational and time management competencies
- Keen eye to detail and producing high standard results
- Strong team player with the confidence to also work on own initiative
- High degree of self-motivation and "can do" attitude
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- IT literate
- Result Orientated
Hours (Exc 1 hour unpaid lunch per day):

- Mon-Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm
