About ALPS For over 25 years, ALPS has become a leading provider of add-on insurance products and claims services.
Based in Congleton, Cheshire ALPS works with a large established customer base across the UK.
Our Sales Team partner with insurance brokers to provide them with a wide range of added value insurance products to meet the demands and needs of their customers and our in-house Legal Practice provide our policyholders with outstanding claims and legal services.
Our mission is to grow our great company with great people, by doing the right thing.
About You You will need to embrace and enhance the ALPS mission and you must also match the company values, which are: Happy, friendly, and helpful Always strive to be better Can do attitude.
Cares about what they do About the role As a Sales Executive your objective will be to drive growth and increase policy sales by signing new brokers, getting our existing brokers selling more and retaining brokers longer.
You will….
Use our Proven Sales Process.
Support marketing initiatives and help grow awareness of the Alps brand.
Contact and sign up new clients, predominately by telephone Grow existing brokers business Identify potential customers Be in regular contact with prospects to convert, sign up and get them selling Alps products.
Attend events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to identify new prospect brokers and develop relationships.
Increase product sales of existing brokers Ensure compliance with all FCA regulations and requirements.
Role Requirements Have a passion for speaking to people and building relationships Confidently build rapport with our brokers and to understand their needs Excellent Customer service and communication skills Sales focused and driven to succeed in delivering company targets Be an enthusiastic team player and take pride in what you do.
Possess excellent attention to detail throughout the sales process Have a strong willingness to learn Proven sales experience
