The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the team to deliver all aspects of the day to day running of the RTE production line from Frying, packing and palletised finished goods working the 06:00 - 18:00 Shift Pattern.

**What's the role about?**

Reporting to the Team Manager, oversee and motivate a team of 8 people to meet or exceed agreed targets for production including Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), Absence, Lost time injuries, accidents, hazard spots and audit compliance. Control labour cost through maximization of team members, plant efficiencies and the effective management of overtime, while supporting, coaching and developing the team. Ensuring that all finished goods are produced to the required standards of quality, specification and quantity.

**How will you stand out?**
- Have an established record for confronting poor H&S, reporting H&S concerns and implementing corrective actions.
- Have experience in providing effective, clear leadership and improving poor performance where required.
- Have a good understanding of our Continuous Improvement culture through personal involvement.
- Have high level of communication skills at different levels with great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be a positive role model who demonstrates a high level of integrity with the ability to build effective cross functional networks / relationships.
- Be IT literate, possessing basic Microsoft Excel & Word knowledge

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
