**Responsibilities**

Drive With Care & Attention Ensuring Patients are Transported Safely

Provide assistance for patients to access vehicle

Work as a double crew and a team always being respectful to colleagues

Provide assistance to patients with various mobility classifications

Ensure that patients have all relevant and necessary paperwork, medication,

Demonstrate care and understanding for patients and any medical conditions they may have

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Ensure that when dropping off patients following their appointments/ discharge, they are left in a safe and secure environment

Inspecting and completing daily vehicle and equipment check

Check and replace equipment on vehicles

Comply with the safe systems of work

**Requirements**:
Full Manual Driving License, maximum 6 points allowed (Certain endorsements not accepted)

A minimum of 2 Years Driving Experience in the UK

A valid Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) with no recorded convictions

Shift Work (This can entail the earliest shifts that start at 05:00 and latest shifts that finish around 21:00)

Good Punctuality & Reliability

Ability to work as part of a team

Good Communication & Problem Solving Skills

A Caring Attitude Towards Patients and an ability to show empathy and respect

Willingness to undergo Induction & Continuous Training
