Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Planner to join our team. As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring efficient transportation operations and providing a high-level or service at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule transportation routes for the timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure we meet our customer's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and documentation.
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in logistics preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
