**Service Transition Manager - London - Hybrid working - £60k**
**Our client**is on an exciting Digital & Technology journey, to better ways of operating within Stores, Field, and Head Office settings worldwide.
**The role** is to help design and develop the required Service Transition Framework for all new and existing Digital & Technology services into the numerous IT support functions within the company.
You will work with the Head of Service Transition & Infrastructure to develop the right Service Transition Framework and help launch successful solutions.

**The successful applicant will have**:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- High level of IT competence
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Transition and Design
- Knowledge of ITIL Continual Service Improvement lifecycle
**The primary responsibilities of this role are**:
- Supports the development and implementation of a Service Transition Plan from end to end
- Help define the Service Transition Framework and Documents that teams should embrace
- Make sure that Service Transition is understood by the broader Digital & Technology Team
- Establish new or modified management information systems and tools, technology, management architectures, service management processes and measurement metrics to meet requirements established in service design
- Ensure all parties adopt a common framework of standard reusable processes and supporting systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the integrated planning and coordination activities.
- Provide clear and comprehensive plans that enable Digital & Technology change projects to align activities with the service transition plans
- Support the Head of Service Transition & Infrastructure Projects with the successful implementation and delivery of the newly designed framework
- Lead Service Transition sessions with Project Teams and Support Teams, ensuring that actions are completed, and transitions deliver as per the plan and timelines
