The Role
Internal and Management
Reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction, the role works closely with regional recruitment teams, operational leadership, senior managers and other relevant stakeholders as required.

External
Works with external vendors for events, products, and services.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
To understand the demand plan, both by group and business area.
Support the development and implementation of a talent attraction strategy. The strategy will be based on business drivers and should include evidence-based proposals regarding channels, content, operating mechanisms etc. Channels will include digital/socialmedia, web and beyond. The strategy should be iterative, i.e. designed to be implemented on a practical, phased basis, delivering measurable short term wins, and working effectively in collaboration with key stakeholders.
To use performance data to build awareness as to what attraction strategy works and where.
Manage attraction budgets and measure return on investment for advertising, campaigns and other attraction spend and using the information to inform decisions as to where to further invest.
Working with our external marketing partner, expand and engage with our talent pool to enable us to build pipeline.
Monitor dropout rates in our end-to-end recruitment process to establish return on investment metrics and advise operational teams on areas of focus.
Provide professional support and advice on best attraction methods to the operational recruitment teams.
Work with stakeholders and external suppliers to schedule and plan campaigns.
To ensure our employer branding is at the forefront of our attraction strategy and to be the gatekeeper of all guidelines and toolkits.
Managing the key partnerships with third parties, holding service providers to account.
Managing, implementing, and driving all campaigns through to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Frequently presenting information, data and reports to all levels of the business as required.
Attend regular governance sessions with relevant stakeholders to improve and manage attraction and recruitment outcomes.
Design, standardise and post job advertisements on behalf of the recruitment teams.
Person specification
Knowledge and experience of direct sourcing of talent and the creation and management of talent pipelines.
Experience in EVP, employment branding and talent attraction tools / strategies, social media and recruitment technology.
Proven experience in managing a complex and high volume recruitment pipeline.
Knowledge of the recruitment market, trends and practices.
Proven experience of recruiting in a challenging market ideally zero hours contracts.
Extensive experience in managing large scale recruitment campaigns and projects either internally or with the support of an external supplier.
The ability to analyse recruitment and attraction performance data and to use it to present recommendations to further invest.
Confident communicator and influencer, both verbally and written.
Excellent organisation skills with a proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment.
Able to build relationships and work effectively across the organisation matrix; with an adaptable and resourceful approach.
High level of personal resilience.
Healthcare or volume recruitment experience required in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and deal with constantly changing priorities.
Database management experience preferably gained using an applicant tracking system
