**Your role**
- Are you a relationship manager? Do you enjoy planning and executing effective event strategies? Are you passionate about driving change and making an impact in talent attraction? Do you have an interest in DE&I?
- We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist UK/EMEA to:
- develop, evaluate, optimize the DE&I talent attraction partnership and event strategy
- manage the DE&I partnerships including contract negotiation, financials, tracking ROI
- involved in the planning, logistics, budgeting, resourcing, marketing, and supplier management for all events
- provide data driven insights/updates to external and internal stakeholders

**Your team**
- You’ll be part of the global fast-paced talent attraction team. Together, we drive change and lead innovation in employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction.

**Your expertise**
- previous experience in a talent attraction/recruitment marketing function with a focus on event planning and associated ROI/impact measurement
- previous experience in developing effective event marketing strategies using social media channels
- experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- strong interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics
- a fast learner excited about a dynamic and changing environment within an agile set up
- data driven, understands the importance of data, external market trends relating to DE&I and talent attraction
- great at building relationships and navigating across a large organization to find the answers and ‘get things done’
- a team player who thrives in collaborating in a global team while having the confidence and motivation to work independently
