**Reconciliations Analyst**

Aila is excited to be partnered with the UK’s leading operator within its field and a large multi-site business in the recruitment of an AAT Qualified or studier to join the team on a permanent basis in a Reconciliations Analyst role.

The Reconciliations Analyst will assist the accounts department as required with various ad hoc financial accounting, analytical and reporting tasks. You may also be required to assist other departments with financial and administrative activities from timeto time. There is also a requirement to effectively communicate and co-ordinate with Fuel companies, Credit Card companies, other Card Acquirers, Regional Managers, Accounts Department, senior management, and all other head office departments and personnel.
This role reports to the Reconciliations Manager and will give you great exposure to pricing analysis, fuel reporting, sales and bank reconciliations and large Excel data sets in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile high volume Sales Ledger & Bank Accounts for various credit card Sales Ledger Accounts
- Liaise with fuel companies, credit card companies and processing agencies, proactively resolving any differences
- Liaise with Site Managers and system teams with respect to resolving queries and processing manual and missing vouchers
- Cover for other members of the reconciliations team and perform other duties as required by Managers or Finance Directors
