Overview
True Care is a private provider of domiciliary care to adults, supporting people to stay at home and live independently. We are looking for caring and reliable people to join our team. We welcome experienced support workers although experience is not required as we provide a comprehensive training package to all new starters. You will need to have your own car as we are community-based.
**Responsibilities(day to day)**
- Assisting service users with personal care
- Making meals and encouraging food and drink intake
- Ensuring service users homes are kept clean and tidy
- Assisting with shopping and household tasks
**Requirements(Expected qualities/skills)**
- Must have a kind and caring nature
- Must have patience and empathy for others
- Must have a willingness to help others
