**About the Client**:
Our client, an international well known brand within the automotive sector drives proven World class performance in the manufacturing of automotive parts throughout Europe.

**Overview of the vacancy**:
To be directly involved in the implementation, roll-out and day-to-day management of the Learning Management System. Actively create, organise and facilitate learning solutions based upon organisation needs. To be a key point of contact for training relatedenquiries and to support the development, coordination and delivery of training activities for employees across the group.

**Duties for the position of Learning & Development Officer**:

- Facilitate the implementation of the Learning Management System and ensure it is kept
- up-to-date
- Use of e-learning authoring tools to content create training materials for the LMS
- Custodian of the Group Induction process - manage and deliver inductions to new group employees and support the Talent/L&D Business Partner in reviewing its content
- Support managers with developing onboarding plans for new starters
- Work with operational departments to ensure inductions and on-the-job training is being
- completed locally
- PDR process management - support definition of process flow and be accountable for facilitating the process with group leaders
- Support the Talent/L&D Business Partner with the development of training materials and
- e-learning programmes
- Support competency matrix development and audits
- Coordinate training courses including some mandatory training needs, technical training,
- commercial training courses based on training needs spreadsheet
- Ensure training is covered within budget and tracked
- Support IATF and ISO audits for Quality and HSE
- Monitor effectiveness of training through evaluation. Escalation of issues to Talent/L&D BP
- Provide KPI data for monthly review metrics in line with control tower requirements
- Support and deliver project initiatives as defined by our strategic PDPR and strategy deployment plan
- Support Talent/L&D Business Partner with client reviews
- Build and maintain working relationship with HR Shared Service, ensuring ticketing system is utilised efficiently

**Experience required for the position of Learning & Development Officer**:

- Ideally exposed to learning management system implementation or day to day use (Peritus is likely choice but any welcome)
- Previous experience running/delivering training and experience in course creation
- Exposure to learning and development trends/cycle eg. - training need analysis
- Rise/articultae / e-learning authoring tool experience
- Previous project experience

- 25 days holiday
- Working hours 39 hours per week
- 7 - 4pm with a 12pm finish on a Friday or 7:30 - 4:30pm with a 12:30pm finish on a Friday
