If you are looking for a fast paced role, we are looking for hard working and enthusiastic team members to join us as Property Inspectors.

We can offer you a varied and interesting role in the property industry. An opportunity to gain valuable experience in the lettings/property management field, with every day being different

As part of our team you will spend your day visiting a varied range of vacant properties across East and West Sussex to prepare property condition reports. You will need an eye for detail, and strong communication skills. You will work from our App compiling detailed property condition reports and collecting photographic data.

You will work from an appointed diary and must be self reliant with good initiative as you will work alone for the main part of your day, whilst always fully supported by our administrative team. You will need to be ultra reliable, with a friendly and professional manner and the ability to manage your time well.

Interest in the Lettings industry is beneficial but not necessary. Full training is provided.

You should be confident driving in the local area. It is essential you have your own reliable vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Mileage and parking costs will all be reimbursed.

We have part time (3 x days) or full time roles available (5 x days) please specify your preference when applying.

We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, and Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm. All roles will include Saturday cover, shifts are arranged on a rota basis.

Starting wage from £10.50 - £11.00 dependant on experience, reviewed upon completion of 6 week training period.
