Property Inspector

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a **Property Inspector for Brighton Marina.** This is a full-time, permanent position with our Property Management team based in Brighton Marina. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours, **Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm** The salary ranges from **£22k - £25k** per annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

- Conduct routine property inspections
- Producing and sending property reports to landlords / property managers
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Answering inspection phone line / assisting with overflow phone calls
- Getting keys ready for the next day
- Adhoc admin tasks when required
- Assisting management with additional tasks when required

- Prior experience in property management and administration is preferable but not essential.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
