Customer Service Adviser

**Role purpose**
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, will undertake customer service and administration duties within the CELS Adults Maintenance Team
The department offers administration and customer service support to internal CELS Departments and CELS customers. The role holder will be part of a team who support all CELS Departments with the inputting of equipment and service data, booking appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded, and ensure vital information is passed to team or subcontractor. Ability to work under pressure.
To be part of the Customer Services Maintenance Team at CELS
To regularly review current activities within own role and with support from Assistant Manager to ensure effective utilisation of time
To provide excellent customer service to our customers so CELS can continue to be a customer focused organisation.
Foster good relationships with colleagues and customers
To offer a positive and flexible approach to the variety customer service and admin tasks.
To be able to use initiative, be competent in organising own work.
To, at all times, remain polite and courteous to the customers.
To cover the duties of other staff in their absence on annual leave, sick leave, etc. as and when required.
**Knowledge, skills & experience**
English and maths qualification to GCSE or equivalent
Good telephone manner with patience and empathy
Experience of using computer software systems such as Microsoft Office or willingness to learn
The ability to cope with interruptions to planned work
Ability to deal with routine problems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
