**Programme Support Officer - £600 per day inside ir35 - 12 months (extensions highly likely) - West Wiltshire - fully onsite working - 1 stage interview - DV clearance - Sector: Aerospace / Defence**

Yolk recruitment is recruiting for a Programme Support Officer to work with a world class technology client working into some of the most critical defence projects in the country.

This is an exciting opportunity to improve the planning and delivery process of a key defence programme.

**Responsibilities**:

- Programme plan that ensures all milestones and dependencies are identified, logged, and monitored.
- Experience in SharePoint, document configuration management and control.
- Updated plans and information on missed forecasted milestones, and impact assessments.
- PMO team resource plan and movements tracker with information on risks and mitigation action to address any impact to the programme.
- Guidelines, procedures, and templates to collect and maintain programme data.
- Linked to Dependency management - identified x-programme dependencies and action reports of analysis of issues and risks mitigation.
- An established and maintained information management system, and basic configuration management training to all team members.
- Relevant Risk Issues and Opportunities (RIO), Dependency, and Change Management processes that support programme delivery.
- Established and managed config control SharePoint document library area.
- Pro-actively update the RAIDOL Register
- Provide the MI to enable the programme manager to hold project teams and suppliers to account for delivery.

**Core Skills**:

- Must hold a valid DV security clearance.
- Must have 3+ years of experience of Programme Management Office workings and how to run one.
- Strong knowledge of the business needs and drivers behind complex delivery and technology-enabled implementation.
- Experience with high-scale deployment set-up, deployment scheduling and monitoring.
- Clean driving license plus insurance to cover business mileage.
