You will be joining the London Audit Team, with a particular focus on supporting the administration and coordination of the Trainee Performance Management Process.

This role requires someone who is able to support the Team Leader and work to multiple deadlines.In addition, this role will involve reviewing data and updating Students individual performance forms to reflect their progress in terms of performance, skillsand technical development during a quarter. This performance management process assists the London Audit Team effectively monitor and review our trainees’ objectives, training progress throughout their training contract and enables proactive intervention asand when required. It also enables up to ensure that all of our trainees are progressing in line with the Firm’s competency framework and progressing in line with ICAEW requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support the London Audit Team in a broad range of administrative duties related to training and development activities. i.e. reviewing and updating information received from external training provider on student performance onto their Quarterly PerformanceReports and work with the Team Leader to assess trainee performance and commitment to learning.
- Ensure all Trainee Individual Learning Plans are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Quarterly Performance Reports are kept up to date with relevant change information, ensuring training records, job review form feedback and exam results are well maintained and changes are effectively communicated to trainees, their managersand third-party training providers. This will assist the Team Leader to effectively monitor trends and identify areas trainees need extra support.
- Update Quarterly Performance Reports with all Talent Coach correspondence relating to each individual trainee so that the Team Leader can review, assist and support trainees that are falling behind / working to expectations.
- Help Monitor Timesheets and Hotdesk usage.
- Complete weekly utilisation reports and identify students who are not fully utilised.
- Help monitor and update Quarterly performance reports on Appraisals.
- Distribute all relevant exam results to Appraisal Managers, Partners and London Audit Team / QPRT.
- Assist and gather relevant information in relation to ICAEW Files for the London Audit Team to monitor and identify those that are falling behind with institute requirements.
- Be approachable and able to listen to trainee related queries within London Audit, escalating with your Team Leader, where necessary.
- Provide administration support and bookings relating to onboarding.
- Attend and contribute to regular meetings with the London Audit Team leaders, managers and QPRT as appropriate, to ensure all trainee information and planning is well maintained and up to date.
- Help with organising trainee catch-up calls, student events and Gateway meetings.

**Technical skills, experience & knowledge:**
- Good administrative skills and experience.
- Demonstrable customer service skills.
- Able to analyse information quickly and respond as necessary.
- Collaborative - able to work well with a range of people.
- Driven and focused approach on delivering the best possible results showing determination, resourcefulness with a sense of purpose.
- Ethical approach to managing data. Understanding that you will be handling sensitive people related information, therefore exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Strong, demonstrable administration experience.
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Fully IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Ideal Requirements:**
- Experience of working within a fast paced office environment.
- Knowledge and experience of working with apprentices and demonstrable understanding of the requirements of the apprenticeship standard.
- An understanding of Accountancy training pathways.
