**About the company**
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in **Solihull** who are seeking a **HR Case Management Specialist** to join their team
As a **HR Case Management Specialist** your main responsibilities are:
- Will support in the management of the business restricted worker and early intervention absence management processes 1
- This role will be the main point of contact for managers and employees who require support and guidance navigating through process
- You will be required to support these meetings from the beginning through to completion and will be expected to accurately take minutes ensuring all documentation is saved on the relevant systems
- Other activities will include supporting the wider team with case load and ad-hoc activities
- You will be required to have excellent organisation and communication skills to fulfil this role
**Qualifications / Skills needed**
- Previous experience in an administrative role in a fast paced environment, preferably in a HR environment Previous experience working with multiple systems.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills
- Be forward thinking and have a proactive approach to all task
- Ability to organise and prioritise a high workload.
- Competent with Microsoft Office programmes in particular Word and Excel
- Strong personal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation

Pay: Up to £22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
