**Title**:Junior Cloud Engineer

**Location**:West London - Onsite

**Salary**:Up to £32,000 + Benefits

**Contract/Permanent**:Permanent

**Working Hours**:8:00am - 4:00pm

**Hours per week**: 35 hours

**THE JOB**:
The role of a Junior Cloud Engineer:

- Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
- Troubleshooting a wide array of IT issues using technologies including O365, SharePoint, Azure and many others
- Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies
- Handling complex cloud issues
- Be the point of contact for complex troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level
- Work on projects in addition to BAU work

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:
**Essential Skills**:

- MS Azure Active Directory - AD Connect, Password resets, onboarding/offboarding users
- Basic Scripting understanding on Intune, SCCM or Bash

**Additional Technical experience that is desired**:

- Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Deployment of devices using Intune or SCCM/ Multi Factor Authentication
- Understanding of IT Security
- Troubleshooting hardware - Printers/PCs/Laptops
- IT Certifications

**Soft Skills**:

- Team player
- Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
- Independent - proactive and can come up with solutions
