**Admin Assistant**
**We are looking for additional business administrators to join our busy Support Services Team.**

**What can you expect?**

You'll be working in an environment where, although you will have regular tasks, no two days are the same and multi-tasking is the norm.

**Areas of Work**

The work is fast-paced and can be varied. The team plays a vital role in the running of the business and as such staff are trained to be multi-skilled.

You could be involved in any of the following:

- Finance e.g. bookkeeping, cash handling and payroll (using a payroll agency)
- Support services for our front line staff
- Purchasing
- IT support
- Document procedures
- Supplier and customer liaison
- Services and facilities
- Projects
- Health and safety
- HR administration, staff recruitment and training
- Business operations, administration and company related activities
- Management information
