
Parts and Service Administrator

Domestic Appliance Centre is seeking a highly motivated administrator to join our friendly team in Dorchester.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer telephone and book service calls
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical files
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Support with customers at the parts counter and order parts required
- Answer general phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
**Skills**:
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Support the sales team when required
This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment where you can utilize your administrative skills.
It would be helpful if the applicant can assist the delivery team with deliveries when required.
Please note that this is a full-time position with regular office hours, although a job share may be considered.
There is a requirement to work 2 Saturdays a month from 9-12 mid day with a well enhanced payment.

Pay: £11.63-£11.80 per hour
