An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Operational Human Resources Team. It doesn’t matter if you’ve not worked in an HR department before or the NHS. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to complement the existing team.

This post offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a proactive, effective and high-quality HR service.

You will be organised, adaptable and able to work quickly and accurately using a variety of platforms (face to face, telephone and/or virtual) whilst dealing with a range of day-to-day ongoing activities at the same time.

The Operational HR Team are part of the People Division. The team consists of a Chief People Officer, Deputy Chief People Officer, Head of People Services, Deputy Head of HR, HR Managers, HR Advisors and an HR Administrator. The team work closely with staff at all levels of the organisation advising on all operational HR matters.
- To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Operational Human Resources (HR) Team in order to assist in the achievement of departmental objectives.
- To provide advice in relation to Trust HR policies and Agenda for Change (AfC) National terms and conditions
