**Location: The Grange Therapeutic School, Oakham, East Midlands**

**Hours: 37 hours per week**

**Salary: £23,100 per annum**

**Contract: Permanent, term time only**

Set in the peaceful Leicestershire countryside, The Grange Therapeutic School offers residential care and day school places for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18 who have social, emotional and mental health needs or high functioning autism. **About the Role**

Joining our team of dedicated staff, you will be responsible for providing day to day cover for teacher absences. There is an expectation that work will be provided however in some cases you will have to use your own resources if the absence is sudden.

You will be based across Lower and Upper School and will also be expected to support in activities inside and outside of the classroom as part of our varied curriculum.

**Who we are looking for?**

Whilst previous experience of working within an SEN environment would be desirable, the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
