**Having successfully secured a pipeline of work across Re:Purpose/Architectural Projects into 2024/25, we are now seeking to recruit a Contracts Co-ordinator.**

**Role Summary**
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure all specific requirements of project contracts are completed.
- Ensure there is a high attention to detail in relation to project contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate, relevant, kept up to date and stored on the Viewpoint system.
- Hold project teams accountable for adherence to project plans.
- Ensure all actions from project meetings are collated and completed by the relevant person.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and provide them with high levels of customer service.
- Provide administrative support to project teams.
- Assist in the preparation, collation and issue of reports and registers as required.
- Build, manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and staff.
- Engage in continuous learning and keep up to date with new developments in the industry.

**What is essential for this role?**
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) to include English and Maths and 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced administration environment.

OR

3 years’ e experience working in a fast-paced administration environment.
- High level of IT proficiency to include Microsoft Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
- Excellent time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Motivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience in construction industry
