We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our housing team. This post is an integral part of the Social Lettings Agency Team and the successful applicant will ensure the targets of the Team are met through effective property management and tenancy support.

You will provide a full range of property management services and offer tenancy support across a range of properties, including homes the Council leases from the private rented sector and Council owned homes. This includes supporting a tenant for the duration of their tenancy, tackling problems such as rent arrears and anti-social behavior and coordinating repairs to ensure the property is well maintained and voids are kept to a minimum. You will also be required to carry out property inspections and support the Council to meet statutory Health & Safety requirements.
