We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative Keyworkers to join our dedicated teams in our mental health and older persons support services in Sheffield. Could you inspire someone with multiple support needs to achieve their aspirations, goals and help them maximise their full potential?

The roles can be challenging and are highly rewarding, the teams work closely together, and the services are busy where each day is different and varied.

**More about the role**:
This role demonstrates a real focus on working with customers through their journey to independence using a strength-based trauma informed approach.

You will have some knowledge of mental health recovery or older people and understand the importance of people being encouraged to identify their own strengths. You will work with people to positively develop strategies to enable them to better manage their mental health and sustain their housing.

**Who you are**:
You can demonstrate an understanding of the needs and risks for our customers experience and offer a commitment to helping customers develop and identify their recovery goals.

You have enthusiasm around helping others, are approachable and encouraging with customers to achieve their goals.

Possess a positive "Can Do" solution focused attitude to fit in with a team and help our customers identify their strengths and build on them.

**Benefits**:

- _£21,528 per annum, pro rata_
