We are a growing practice that opened in the summer of 2016. We have built the practice up from a client base of zero to over 4000 active clients and offer modern facilities. We believe we have grown and will continue to grow by building close relationships with our clients and their pets. We like to work to a high standard but will always work with our clients to provide the care that is right for them.

Our team is currently made up of Laura (Practice Manager & Director) and Jenny (Vet & Director) along with vets, nurses, students, and our admin team.

We know we are not perfect, but is any team? We are working to create a good work: life balance for our team and constantly strive to create a better environment in practice. We encourage everyone to be honest when we do not get it right. We do not want anyone taking problems home with them and are open for ideas on how we can improve, we understand being in this industry is both fulfilling and extremely hard, so we aim to be there to support all our team through those challenging times.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who wants to work at building relationships within our team (we understand not everyone wants to be best mates with their colleagues, but being comfortable in your work environment and with the people you will be seeing daily is important to us).

You will have a positive attitude to work and a methodical approach to the running of your day - you will be able to manage your time and priorities to ensure you get the work done.

As the first face clients will often see, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and their pets into the practice with a friendly and attentive attitude. You will want to build relationships with clients and strive to make their experience with us the best it can be. We want someone to maintain the bonds that we have already developed with our clients, whether that is discussing their dog’s vaccination or their child’s performance at school We believe that bond is crucial.

**The Role**:
Set shift pattern (averages at 30.25 hours per week):

- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 14:00-19.30
- Wednesday 9:00-19:30
- 1:4 weekends: Saturday 9.00-16.00, Sunday 10.00-16.00
