**Principal Responsibilities**
- Supporting with enquiries and requests related to the P&C department.
- Manage the P&C and recruitment mailbox.
- Compiling and maintaining employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
- Support and administer the process for new starters and leavers within the business.
- Entering and maintaining the employee data on our HR database.
- Provide reports monitoring employee data.
- Ensure that payroll information is prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run.
- Overseeing and planning of the HR events and meetings.
- Prepare documents and assist in formal meetings - disciplinaries/grievances when required.
- Provide day to day advice to line managers on processes and policies.
- Supporting P&C-related training and development projects across the business.
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- CIPD Level 3 Qualification (preferred but not essential).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
