Advanced Specialist Practitioner Colposcopist

We have an exciting opportunity for an accredited Colposcopy Nurse Specialist, to join our team
Based at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside our current nurse specialists independently performing clinics, providing information and support for women, as well as undertaking regular service and patient experience and participate invasive cervical cancer audit.
We are looking for an experienced colposcopy nurse with British Society of Colposcopists and Cervical Pathologists (BSCCP) accreditation to appoint.
Working in a Specialist Nurse role as a British Society of Colposcopists and Cervical Pathologists (BSCCP) accredited colposcopist, undertaking your own clinics to provide a high quality assessment and diagnostic service for women referred to the colposcopy service.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide information, advice and support for women undergoing colposcopy.
Acting as a resource members of the clinical and administrative teams by provision of comprehensive advice, information, teaching and training.
Ensuring national targets and quality standards are being met along the patient's pathway.
Contributing to the formulation reports and clinical audit of own practice, service and outcomes, participation in regular MDTs.
Active Involvement in improving the patient pathway and the patient experience.
