**Sales Administrator**

Village Blinds & Shutters is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator based in our offices in Pennybridge Industrial Estate Ballymena. Working for a well-established local family-run business. We’re currently expanding our offering across Northern Ireland, and that’s where you come in.

This is an exciting role that would suit a Administrator with 2+ years experience working in a similar role. A large part of the role will include scheduling appointments, so an excellent geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland is essential.

**Working hours are**:
Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:30

Friday 08:30-16:00

This allows us to provide our customers with a high quality, effiecient end to end service, where we measure, make and install.

**Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Arranging home appointments to domestic locations for our sales and install team.
- Planning the most efficient schedule and confirming appointment times with customers.
- The proactive monitoring of customer’s experience of our service, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve.
- Updating appointment ETA throughout the day.
- Compiling availability and resource planning reports to optimise efficiencies.
- Handle prospects and inbound leads to maximise home appointment opportunities.

**Essential criteria**:

- IT literate as you will be using our in-house system(s) to add sales and installation appointments to the system then allocate the appropriate resource.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.
- Have a working knowledge with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with a good attention to detail.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a fast paced call centre environment.
- Experience working with multi discipline teams.
