As the Senior Client Experience Advisor you will be the first point of contact for external and internal client enquiries and complaints. Ensuring that the highest level of Client Experience is achieved and maintained at all times.
In this role you will be responsible for the handling of all day to day enquiries and complaints from web and retail clients ensuring that The Watches of Switzerland Group's values and standards are delivered through a World Class client experience. Assisting client with any issues relating to their experience with us.
You will provide support and guidance on client issues raised by showrooms whilst monitoring and checking current administrative process and procedures are followed.
As the Senior Client Experience Advisor you will be responsible for responding to complaints and making recommendations on how the client experience and the service provided can be enhanced.
**About You**
- Experience in a client facing or client service focused role
- Experience in working as part of a team to deliver outstanding results
- Call centre experience
- Experience in confidently handling complaints
- Good understanding and knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills especially MS Excel and Word
