About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SSAS Client Associate to join our team at Addington Ball, a leading specialist finance and accounting recruitment consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing technical guidance and advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SSAS clients, ensuring cradle-to-grave administration and providing personalized technical advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce review packs and deliver due diligence on new investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of SSAS schemes, including calculating and paying retirement benefits, managing investment portfolios, and undertaking property and land administration.
  • Monitor schemes bank accounts, rent reviews, leases, EPC certificates, and insurances.
Requirements
  • Experience in pension administration, including SSAS, SIPP, DB, or FPT.
  • Good personal organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude, with a driven approach to adding value and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
