By years of trading, Method Grid is still a young firm. But we already have some of the P3M industry’s leading experts on-board and we’re currently guiding global clients through significant change in their organisation.

We’re looking to attract consulting talent to our team. Talent that can juggle client delivery, business development and contributing to internal service/proposition development and improvement.
- We offer remote roles for consultants. This will inevitably be blended with client-facing work - and we expect our Professional Services team to meet-up monthly (as a minimum). The entire Method Grid team meets quarterly - at our HQ in Bath. _

**The Role**

We genuinely believe that our positions offer something fundamentally different to your run-of-the-mill consulting job.

At the heart of Method Grid is living, breathing, ever-developing SaaS product. But the deployment of our platform provokes clients to take a long, hard look at how they mobilise and deliver projects and programmes.

And this is where our Professional Services team step-in, advising on P3M best practice, helping our clients to uplift their team’s capability and ensure that the right amount of rigour is built into their delivery practices. This is often way before client’s even log into the Method Grid platform.

**About You**

Having developed your early career in Consulting, you’ll have had experience of managing a PMO team, or as a Project Manager on a small-to-medium sized project; or even as a Workstream Lead on a larger piece of work. You may even have touched on capability development within the P3M field.

Your career to-date will give the confidence and experience to identify, develop and share best practice project management processes, tools and templates. It’s also fair to say that you will take great pride in the quality of your deliverables, ensuring they’re appropriate for a senior audience.

More than anything, you’ll be looking to develop rapidly. There are no ceilings at Method Grid.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts. You may not have - or may have only just started - to work through the various accreditations available to you, but we will support you with this.
