**The Role**

You will be providing integral admin support for the Lettings Consultants guaranteeing that all new lets are processed in a timely manner.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and dealing with customer queries
- Uploading key information onto the client’s platform
- Overseeing the referencing process
- Ensuring all documentation has the correct and necessary information
- Administering the tenancy renewal documentation
- Ensuring compliance for new tenancies
- Supporting senior staff by managing and organising diaries
- Undertaking letting’s viewings
- Assisting with general admin tasks to support the day-to-day running of the business
