Are you an experienced recruitment professional? Have you worked in the legal sector (or similar) and comfortable liaising with highly qualified individuals? We’re working with a leading boutique Intellectual Property practice on the development of their Talent Acquisition team in Bath. The team works within the firm’s larger HR department and is responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of employees across multiple offices in the UK, Europe and US.

The role will be working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, supporting the day-to-day department function and managing your own recruitment of support staff, entry level roles, and internships. There will also be the opportunity to become involved in more strategic and operational projects as your role develops.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing all administration relating to the full recruitment cycle; including attending meetings, internally liaising with department leads, drafting and posting job descriptions, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and processing feedback and offer paperwork.
- Acting as first point of contact with external agencies and ensuring they are briefed on all vacancies and the relationship is successfully maintained.
- Handling the university recruitment drives, working closely with the firm’s marketing team on promoting the business to prospective new hires.
- Ensuring the recruitment process is as effective as it can be and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and wider HR department on implementing any suggested improvements and developments.

You will have at least three years’ experience working in a recruitment role, ideally in a legal setting (or similar). The role requires liaising with multiple teams across different time zones so you will need to be a highly organised and confident communicator. Experience with recruitment software will also be beneficial.
