A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Technical Sales Coordinator **to join an established organisation in Market Harborough.

The **Technical Sales Coordinator **is responsible for the management of customer orders from start until completion, day to day support of a customer portfolio and be the internal advocate for the customer’s enquiries.

**Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Coordinator**:

- Develop strong working relationships with your customers.
- Gain knowledge of the company’s products.
- Answering the telephone and handling enquiries
- Process both sales orders and purchase orders
- Update customers and suppliers on the progress of the orders
- Update and maintain internal systems
- Support the business with routine administrative, business development and marketing tactics
- Prepare and submit quotations with the support of a sales engineer if required
- Participate in internal meetings and liaise with relevant departments.

**Requirements for the Technical Sales Coordinator**:

- Able to provide client focused solutions in a business environment.
- Confident user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and a CRM system.
- Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
- A strong team player with a desire to deliver over and above the customers’ expectations in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

All responses will be managed in line with the new GDPR regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Market Harborough, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical Sales: 1 year (preferred)
