Retrofit Coordinator with Sales Focus.

Location : Hybrid / Existing Unyte Offices

Role Overview:
As an experienced Retrofit Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical aspects of domestic retrofit projects while actively engaging in business development activities. This position is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in retrofit coordination who are eager to expand their career horizons.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage multiple retrofit projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with the PAS2035 process.
Actively engage in business development, identifying sales opportunities, and building client relationships.
Oversee the entire retrofit process, from initial assessment to final implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize technical knowledge of ECO4 and retrofit surveys to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Ensure all installations and documentation meet Trustmark standards and PAS 2035:2019.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the retrofit process.
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings with the product and marketing teams.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required, including training and mentoring junior staff.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Mandatory Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
Proven experience in retrofit coordination with a keen interest in sales and business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with CRM systems.
Employment Details:
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Company Vehicle, Performance-based Incentives with OTE of £80,000
