- Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

**The Role**
The Claims department is a core element of our thriving organisation and its current team members are responsible for processing a large number of claims across a wide range of policies.

You will be responsible for handling a variety of claims tasks, including but not limited to:

- advising customers on making a claim and the processes involved;
- processing, investigating and reviewing claims against a wide portfolio of policies;
- creating and maintaining accurate records;
- liaising with other members of the Claims team and with colleagues throughout the company;
- authorising or declining claims accordingly, considering the cover the policy provides and the individual circumstances of the claim; and
- issuing settlements for valid claims.

Comprehensive training will be given in handling insurance and warranty claims and in ensuring an effective and efficient resolution for all parties concerned.
