Office Administrator/receptionist

**ABOUT US**
We provide Arboricultural, Landscape, Environmental and Utility Services for public, commercial and private sector clients. We are based in Neepsend, Sheffield and have an exciting opportunity for a new administrator to join our team. The role is to assist with day-to-day office duties working alongside our office team to support and contribute to the continued development and growth of the company. We are a fast paced office working together closely with a positive and proactive culture.
**THE POSITION**
- Liaising with Suppliers and Sub Contractors
- Dealing with general office duties and assisting department managers with ad-hoc tasks
- Ordering materials and stock replenishment
- Writing up estimates and assisting managers with quote tracking
- Diary management - scheduling client and management meetings
- Organising and booking travel and accommodation
- Ensuring policies are up to date
- Record keeping/filing
- Assisting the yard manager with tasks such as fleet/plant management and organising hire machines
**WE REQUIRE**
We require someone who has worked in an admin role previously and is confident in their ability to work in a busy office independently as this role may require you to work on your own at times. You must be able to use office documents to a high skill level as you will use excel, word,.pdf etc daily. Any experience you have in dealing with health and safety documents and procedures would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
