**Job Purpose**:
Coordinating, facilitating and delivering an agreed programme of inclusion projects, events and activities designed to support of JTL’s business plan objectives in relation to increasing the representation, engagement and inclusion of apprentices from underrepresented groups and communities Capturing and collating project evaluation, outcomes and impact data using a variety of quantitative and qualitative approaches to support internal and external stakeholder analysis and determination of future local inclusion programmes, plans and activities to be embedded into everyday business practice.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate and undertake timely delivery of agreed inclusion projects as agreed with the DSI Advisor to support delivery of DSI objectives in JTL’s strategic plan
- Work as directed with internal and external stakeholders to research, identify support and deliver inclusion events for defined audience groups using a variety of delivery methods (online/ in
- person), effectively considering and managing the needs of different individuals
- Develop agreed project plans and evaluation resources to support intended outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with others to design, draft, produce and distribute project resources, materials, and information for projects and events
- Develop post-project resources such as case studies, outcome reports and reflective/ good practice recommendations
- Provide regular and timely update reports and data to be integrated into agreed management reports
- Ensure accurate and auditable records are maintained for all projects and activities undertaken by the post holder
- Ensure compliance with JTL financial procedures and other governance requirements in relation to inclusion projects
- Work with the regional teams and centres as required to ensure that projects are implemented effectively, and that staff are appropriately informed and engaged
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with external bodies, community groups and other organisations as deemed relevant to support delivery of
- Support the monitoring of regional Equality & Diversity Impact Measures (EDIMS) liaising with regions and local organisations
- Assist in the preparation of JTL publications
- At all times act in a professional manner and uphold JTL’s core values of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in all work undertaken and interactions with internal and external stakeholders, learners, employers and visitors to ensure JTL’s objective of encouraging positive change with the building services engineering sector
- As an apprentice, continuously work to develop own skills, knowledge and behaviours and proactively undertake required learning, assessment and evidence development to comply with and achieve the CSR apprenticeship standard

**Person Specification**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with good passes in O Level/GCSE maths and English, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of delivery of community/educational projects ,events or campaigns including planning, delivery and formal evaluation/assessment reporting
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Demonstrable ability to source, analyse, manipulate and present arrange of qualitative and quantitative data in a clear and accessible fashion
- Demonstrable confidence engaging with stakeholders face to face and via online communication
- Commitment and passion to furthering Equality Diversity and Inclusion and good general understanding of relevant legislation
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes
- Ability to undertake extensive national travel on a regular basis
- Willingness to undertake and apprenticeship

**Desirable**:

- Experience of bid or project outcomes report writing or supporting content development
- Understanding of project/change management techniques and approaches
- Good working knowledge of Safeguarding legislation including Prevent
