Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with our East Kilbride based client in their search for an Electrical Team Leader.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage and drive team members to ensure build is completed on‐time as per schedule and at the right quality.
- Ensure all products are built to the required specification and double checked and signed off.
- Update the status of build as required on the production schedule and notify test immediately on completion.
- Assign electrical team members to work based on competency and availability.
- Ensure key electrical production metrics are accurately recorded, evaluated and actioned for improvement with the support of the production manager.

**Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers and provide guidance and direction
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
