We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Build Team based in London

**Location**: Site Based at Projects in London

**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

**What will you be responsible for?**

As Site Administrator you'll be working within the Site Team, supporting them in providing full secretarial and administrative support to the site-based staff.

Your day to day will include:

- Manage diaries of key project personnel including arranging meeting rooms etc and recording minutes of key meetings.
- Manage the site supply of safety equipment, such as helmets, hi viz jackets etc on site and keep a record of issue.
- Assist the team to manage the records associated with the site induction process.
- Administering the biometric site access system; registering site personnel on the system.
- Maintaining site records

This role of Site Administrator is great for you if:

- Proven track record in administration
- The ability to work within a team
- Computer literate, especially word, excel and powerpoint
