**About our Client**:
Our client is a rapidly scaling EV company and due to a recent remarkable growth and their environmentally responsible transition to electric vehicles, they are currently seeking the next generation of Sales & Product Specialist to join their team. Do you have what it takes?

**About the Role**

As a Sales and Product Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing PCO drivers. You will engage with customers, understand their unique needs, and provide expert advice on vehicle selection to drive sales growth. Your role will involve building strong relationships, showcasing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement:

- Interact with prospective and existing PCO drivers to understand their needs, preferences, and financial goals.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and trust.

Product Knowledge:

- Become an expert on company’s vehicle offerings, including features, benefits, and suitability for various PCO needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Sales and Consultation:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their rideshare business, considering factors such as budget, fuel efficiency, and vehicle performance.
- Provide tailored recommendations based on individual requirements.

Sales Process:

- Guide customers through part of the sales process after the initial contact with the sales team.
- Explain weekly payment options and assist with face-to-face appointments and vehicle appraisals.

Product Demonstrations:

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features, facilitate test drives, and highlight safety technologies and advanced infotainment systems.

Documentation:

- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions.

Customer Support:

- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive post-sale experience.

Follow-Up Calls:

- Engage in follow-up calls, including upgrade calls, to maintain customer relationships and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about vehicle features and technologies.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A valid driver's licence and a genuine passion for helping PCO drivers succeed.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
