**Clinical Resource Administrator**

**AfC Band 3 plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,390.20 per annum**

**Hours per Week - 37.5**

**Contract Duration - 1 Year Fixed Term**

**Post Details**
- To provide effective, professional and confidential administrative support to the Senior Clinical Cover function. To contribute to the efficient organization and management of the administration service for Nursing within the Senior Clinical Cover function. Be responsible for all administration related to absence management on behalf of the Senior Clinical Cover in all Hubs Contribute to inserting Nurses overtime into SSTS and also inserting supplementary staff shifts. Provide effective and efficient administration as it relates to the planning of nursing overtime.

**Experience**
- Educated to HNC level or equivalent administration experience

Experience within an administrative environment.

A high level of administrative skills, including the ability to produce detailed reports.

Ability to deal with highly confidential and complex information in a mature and sensitive manner.
