Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Complete repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances
- Maintain the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds
- Irrigate and water plants and gardens as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, and fertilizing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic maintenance person skills and repairs
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
