Administrator/document Controller

**Bancon Construction** are seeking to recruit an **Administrator / Document Controller** to support their busy and expanding Construction team.
This position will provide comprehensive administration support for contract and award and also for the contracts and site teams.
This is a hands-on administrative and site support role and the successful applicant must be flexible in their approach and have great people skills.
**The Role**
- Managing the flow of documents for all Construction contracts
- Maintaining paper and electronic records for each contract
- Attend award meetings and set up files within the system at the start of a contract. Update internal system with all changes throughout the contract.
- Providing administration support to the contracts and site teams
- Update Technical Instruction tracker information and issue drawings to site in a timely manner
- Produce start packs for sites including all contractual drawings
- Preparation of client handover and health & safety packs
- Answering of telephone lines and greeting of office visitors
- Any other administration duties as requested by senior management
**Criteria**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong administration, communication and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
