**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
A multi functional role to run day to day a team of Equipment Service Technicians responsible for all aspects of Cleaning & Disinfection, Servicing, Maintenance, Repair and Decommission of Medical Devices including CPAP and Ventilation along with Liquid Oxygen Base Units and Liquid Oxygen Portable Units. To ensure timely production and stock availability, and to deliver compliance with Air Liquide Group safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

To ensure at all times compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and also all relevant contractual, regulatory and internal Standard Operating Procedures.

To ensure that safe working practices are strictly adhered to having due regard for colleagues and that Company and Group Health, Safety, and Quality procedures are fully respected.
- Lead a team on a day to day basis working on a split shift pattern responsible for Healthcare Filling activity
- Supervise a multi disciplined team covering all areas of daily production and O2, CPAP and Ventilation asset maintenance to ensure on time in full delivery to the company’s Secondary Operations sites on a national basis
- Ensure that all work carried out is in line with the specific Standard Operating Procedures in place
- Work with all team members to ensure on time and in full stock availability for delivery to the company's Secondary Operations sites on a national basis.
- When necessary to work alongside the team as a technician and clean and repair equipment.
- Inspection, investigation and accurate recording of findings (manual and/or electronic) for equipment undergoing SIRI process.
- Coordinate all housekeeping activities of the function to ensure that a clear, clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times, and tooling/parts are readily available and “on hand” for the team, by compiling tooling/parts orders as required.
- Work and promote any improvement initiatives across C&D and support initiatives across the organisation
- Provide monthly reports on productivity and efficiency.
- Prevent damage to all equipment and assets through carelessness and neglect
- Work with the Industrial Operations Manager to ensure that labour utilisation is maintained to maximise efficiencies, and that there is a continuous improvement program in place for the development of filling activities
- Proactively lead and encourage all team members to ensure that the highest levels of safety are maintained
- Perform and implement staff training, auditing, qualification (where appropriate) and appraisals.
- Be respectful and to co-operate with all team members and other employees
- Work with the Industrial Operations Manager to execute the yearly safety and quality plans in compliance with Group IMS Standards and National Regulatory Standards
- Monitor working practices against Standard Operating Procedures, and assist with the development and training of staff members in the team
- Ensure that safe working practices are strictly adhered to having due regard for colleagues and that Company and Group Health, Safety, and Quality procedures are fully respected
