We are lookingfor a Cable Supervisor will oversee all fieldactivities and staff to ensure production and site activities aremanaged to the highest standards in all areas of delivery.Principal duties include working with the client to ensure the mostefficient and costeffective approach is used to deliver anoutstanding level of service whilst maintaining the higheststandards of health safety and quality. With assistance from theManagement team Supervisors will also demonstrate and developfinancial controls that detail profit and loss and detailed cost tocomplete reports for eachscheme.

As a CableSupervisor your core responsibilities will be

• Regularreviews of project status ensuring all options have been consideredand evaluated to improve constructionperformance
  
• Challengingthe Management team to ensure the most efficient and costeffectiveapproach is used to deliver outstandingprojects
  
• Promoting NearMiss and Positive Interventionreporting
  
• Strongleadership with employees onsite with a key focus on drivingproduction andperformance
  
• Efficientcommunication and engagement with the Managementteam
  
• QualityAssurance
  
• Controlof site environmentalissues
  
• Development ofstrong team workingrelationships
  
• Ensuringall project KPIs and SLAs areachieved
  
• Uploadingdocuments to company systems as and when necessary in line withbusinessrequirements
  
• Developingaccurate programmes for weeklyupdates
  
• Ensuringcompliance to procedures through weekly/monthlyreports
  
• Costrisk management and early identification of problematic issues onsite
  
• Ownershipof projects costs programmes documentation site activities andprocurement
  
• Weeklysubmission of information including timesheets material sheets andplant & sitechecklist
  
• Collationof data including scheme drawings of layout sections andconstruction details asbuiltdrawings
  
• Feedbackto Operative sregularly
