**Job Title: Document Controller**

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain document control procedures in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents, including but not limited to, technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and released in a timely manner.
- Monitor document changes and updates, maintaining a comprehensive database or system for easy retrieval and reference.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot any document control issues and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information contained in documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in document control or a related role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of document control procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems is preferred.
