Recruitment Officer

Adsec Group Ltd are pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity for an Experienced Security Recruitment Officer to join our rapidly growing company based in Harold Hill Romford Essex.
**Duties will include, but not limited to**:
**Recruitment**
- Post adverts on job sites
- Monitor the adverts, check applicants CVs, schedule 1st interviews via Zoom/Teams and carry out first screening interviews.
- Arrange second interviews with managers/clients.
- Request and collect the relevant right to work documents and other ID documents.
- Handle the on-boarding process, induction and orientation for new employees.
- Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements.
- Assisting the HR Team with general ad-hoc tasks.
**Payroll**
- Submitting wages to the Payroll department at the end of the month.
- Update and pay Holidays for employees before the payroll cut-off date.
**Control room**
- Along with other head office team members, manage control room and incoming general calls during working hours
- for which full training will be given.
**General**
- As a member of a small head office team, your role will include some other administrative tasks.
- You may be required to carry out other tasks as may be required by management from time to time.
**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
**Strong literacy skills and relevant qualifications in English and maths**
- Good IT Skills (including Excel).
- Must possess good communication skill and interpersonal relationship. Must have professional and confident telephone manner,
- Resilient and determined.
- A positive can do attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
